PRIVACY POLICY — Lock VII Performance

Effective September 15, 2026 | Last updated September 15, 2026

This policy explains how personal information is handled when you use the Lock VII Performance mobile application, website, coaching features, and related communications.

AT A GLANCE

What we collect: Account details; intake answers; fitness, nutrition, and activity records; photos; messages; device and technical data.

Why we use it: To create and adjust plans, track progress, support coaching, operate social features, send service notices, and protect the service.

What we do not do: We do not sell personal information or use health and fitness information for targeted advertising.

Your controls: Optional permissions, food and activity logging, circle participation, photo deletion, notification settings, and account/data deletion requests.

Important: Fitness, nutrition, weight, and progress-photo information can be sensitive. Please submit only information you are comfortable using in the service.

1. SCOPE AND WHO WE ARE

Lock VII Performance ("Lock VII," "we," "us," or "our") provides a personalized fitness and nutrition planning application, coaching tools, messaging, accountability circles, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). This Privacy Policy applies when you use the Lock VII Performance app, visit lockvii.com, contact us, or receive service communications from us. This policy does not govern third-party websites, stores, services, or apps that you choose to open from the Services. Those providers apply their own privacy practices.

2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect information you provide, information created as you use the Services, and limited technical information needed to operate the Services.

Information you provide:

Account and identity information — name, email address, password authentication data handled by our authentication provider, profile photo, and account role.

Onboarding and fitness information — age, sex, height, current and goal weight, goals, preferred workout styles, training schedule, equipment choices, event or race details, food preferences, dislikes, allergies, and acceptance of the exercise-risk acknowledgement.

Health and progress information — weigh-ins, progress photos, workout completion, exercise weights or pace, personal records, workout reflections, and notes about how a workout felt.

Nutrition information — planned meals, calorie and macro targets, foods you log, barcodes, serving amounts, actual calories, meal completion, and grocery-list activity.

Communications and requests — coach messages, weekly check-in answers, plan-change requests, support inquiries, and other information you send through the Services.

Information generated by your use:

Plans and activity records — personalized meal plans, workouts, grocery lists, completion history, streaks, rings, weekly summaries, and estimated progress metrics.

Circle and referral information — invite codes, who invited whom, circle membership, and weekly leaderboard measures such as workouts and meals completed.

Photos and share cards — progress-photo metadata and cards generated for you to save or share. Lock VII does not publish a share card unless you choose to use your device share controls.

Device and technical information:

Device permissions and tokens — push-notification tokens and permission status for the camera, photo library, and notifications when you enable those features.

Technical records — basic request, authentication, error, security, and service-usage records created by our hosting and service providers, which may include device type, operating system, IP address, timestamps, and diagnostic information.

We do not currently collect: precise geolocation, contacts, payment-card information, or advertising identifiers through the app. If future features change this, we will update this policy and request any required permission.

3. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use personal information only for legitimate service, safety, support, and legal purposes, including to:

Provide personalized plans — calculate calorie and macro targets, create meals and grocery lists, generate training sessions, and adapt plans to goals, schedules, feedback, and recorded progress.

Operate tracking features — record meals, workouts, weigh-ins, personal records, streaks, reflections, progress photos, and weekly summaries.

Deliver coaching and support — enable coach-client messaging, review check-ins, respond to questions, process plan-change requests, and identify users who may need attention.

Run circles and referrals — validate invite codes and display limited weekly activity in a circle leaderboard when you join or create a circle.

Communicate with you — send welcome emails, plan updates, check-in notices, push notifications, account notices, and support responses.

Maintain safety and integrity — authenticate users, enforce access controls, prevent misuse, investigate security events, and comply with legal obligations.

Improve the Services — troubleshoot features, understand feature performance, and refine plan-generation and user experience without selling your personal information.

4. AUTOMATED PLAN GENERATION AND FITNESS GUIDANCE

The Services use automated processing to turn your intake answers, training preferences, check-ins, plan-change requests, logged activity, and progress information into suggested workouts, meals, calorie targets, grocery lists, and plan adjustments. Authorized coaching personnel may also review or modify information where the service provides coach access.

Automated outputs are estimates and general fitness guidance. They are not medical diagnosis, medical treatment, or emergency services. Calorie needs, exercise tolerance, and progress vary by person. Stop exercising and seek qualified medical assistance if you experience symptoms that concern you, and consult a qualified professional before relying on the Services for a medical condition, injury, pregnancy, eating disorder, or other health concern.

5. HOW WE DISCLOSE INFORMATION

We may disclose personal information in the following limited circumstances:

Service providers — vendors that host data, authenticate users, store files, deliver email or push notifications, distribute the app, and support app operations.

Authorized coaches and personnel — the designated Lock VII coach may view client profiles, plans, activity, check-ins, messages, weigh-ins, and progress photos to provide coaching and operate the service.

Circle members — when you join a circle, members may see your shortened display name and weekly workout and meal-completion counts; your detailed plans, weight, messages, food logs, and progress photos are not part of the circle leaderboard.

At your direction — when you save or share a win card or transformation image, open a grocery retailer, or otherwise direct information to another service.

Legal and safety reasons — when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or enforce our agreements.

Business changes — information may be transferred as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate protections and notice where required.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use health, fitness, nutrition, weight, or progress-photo information for targeted advertising, and the current app does not include third-party advertising.

6. PERMISSIONS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Camera and photo library — used when you scan a food barcode, select a profile photo, upload a progress photo, or save a share card. Progress photos are stored in a private bucket accessible to you and the authorized coach.

Notifications — used to send service notices such as plan updates, check-in prompts, and coach messages; you can control notifications in your device settings.

Supabase — provides authentication, database, file storage, and realtime service functions used by the app.

Expo and app-distribution providers — support app delivery, builds, and push-notification delivery.

Open Food Facts — barcode and food-name queries may be sent to Open Food Facts to return product and nutrition information.

Grocery retailers — if you tap a grocery shopping link, the selected item search opens on the retailer you chose, such as Walmart, Target, Costco, or Sam's Club.

Email providers — email delivery services process the recipient address and message content needed to send welcome, signup, plan, and support communications.

7. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

We keep personal information for as long as your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce agreements.

You may permanently delete your Lock VII account and all associated data directly in the app by going to Profile > Delete account and completing both confirmation prompts. If you cannot access the app, you may instead request deletion by emailing teeverde28@gmail.com from the email address connected to your account with the subject "Delete My Lock VII Account." Deleting the app from your device does not delete your account or server-side information.

8. SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including authenticated access, row-level access controls that restrict clients to their own records, role-based coach access, and private storage rules for progress photos. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. YOUR CHOICES AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent; and to appeal a denied request. To submit a privacy request, contact teeverde28@gmail.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable privacy right.

10. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The Services are intended for adults. A person under 18 should use the Services only with the involvement and authorization of a parent or legal guardian. The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. INTERNATIONAL USE

Lock VII Performance is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States or other locations where our service providers operate.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, vendors, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy with a new "Last updated" date and provide additional notice when required.

13. CONTACT US
